During the time of Corona we reserve the right to change our courses from classroom courses to online courses during the current semester – if such a measure should be necessary due to the current Corona situation or due to imposed requirements of the Potsdam Senate (e.g. in case of a lockdown). If the teacher himself/herself shows symptoms of illness and no substitute can be organised, the classroom lesson will be replaced by an online Zoom lesson if necessary.Lessons may be cancelled or postponed by Little Music Makers® or may be held by a teacher other than the teacher designated to the class. In case of extreme weather conditions please contact us or check out our website www.littlemusicmakers-potsdam.de for more information on cancellations.

In case a lesson has to be cancelled on very short notice Little Music Makers® will contact each family by phone (SMS or WhatsApp) and/or email. If a lesson is cancelled it will either be held at the end of the semester – or if that should not be possible – it will be refunded or credited (proportionally to the number of classes cancelled). There will be no refund of the class materials (songbook and CD). In general a teacher is designated to a particular class. However, in the case that the teacher is prevented from attending for any reason, either another teacher from our team will hold the lesson or it will take place at a later date.
